How To Get File in Moodledata

 You can see the moodle file data in the mdl_file table and the files are stored in the moodledata directory. But you can't take the file directly because it's encrypted, but the method is quite easy.

1. See the mdl_file table

https://localhost/pluginfile.php/[contextid]/[component]/[filearea]/[itemid]/[filepath]/[filename]?forcedownload=1

adjust the fields contained in the tag "[ ]"

if [filearea] is of type draft then replace pluginfile.php with draftfile.php
